1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the HeartRole website, connecting to mc.heartrole.online, or purchasing items from our store, you agree to comply with this agreement and all server rules set forth in our official rulebook.

2. Mojang / Microsoft Commercial Disclaimer

Notice: HeartRole SMP is NOT an official Minecraft product. We are not approved by, affiliated with, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates. All purchases are commercial support transactions under Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines.

3. Store Purchases & Delivery

All purchases made through our store are processed by Tebex Limited. Digital items (ranks, crate keys, cosmetic perks) are dispatched automatically to the designated in-game player name (IGN) upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because digital game perks and virtual assets are consumed or assigned immediately upon transaction clearance, all purchases are non-refundable. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate automatic permanent hardware, IP, and Mojang UUID blacklist from the HeartRole network.

5. Rule Enforcement & Banishment

Purchasing a store rank or package does not grant immunity from server rules. Any player found violating server rules (including hacking, duping, griefing claimed lands, or harassment) is subject to penalties up to a permanent ban without eligibility for compensation or refunds.

6. Support & Contact

If you experience technical issues receiving your purchased package, please open an immediate billing ticket via the HeartRole Discord Ticket System with your transaction ID.
