Privacy Policy — HeartRole SMP

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with the HeartRole SMP platform, website, or game server, we collect minimal data strictly necessary for gameplay and account security:

Minecraft in-game name (IGN) and unique Mojang UUID.
Network IP address for rate limiting, anti-cheat detection, and DDoS prevention.
In-game statistics (playtime, coins, hearts, kills, deaths, claims).
Transaction reference IDs from Tebex checkout (we do not store or process credit cards).

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is solely used to verify game server whitelist status, deliver purchased digital perks (ranks, keys) via automated Minecraft RCON console commands, enforce our community rules, and safeguard server stability.

3. Third-Party Processors

Payment processing is executed externally by Tebex Limited. HeartRole SMP does not collect, receive, or store raw banking details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. Server status queries are facilitated via mcstatus.io.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary HTTP-only authentication session cookies (hr_auth_token, hr_admin_token) to preserve player login state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell telemetry to data brokers.
